1/2 cup popcorn (organic preferred)
1 tbsp. of organic cold pressed coconut oil

1 tbsp. raw cacao (softened in a bowl in warm water)
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1-2 drops of food grade peppermint oil
1 pinch of salt
1/4 to 1/2 cup of cranberries
1/4 cup of dried coconut (shredded and unsweetened)

Optional:1/2 tsp.-1tsp. cayenne
1/4 tsp. of raw cacao nibs


In a pot on the stove, heat coconut oil till melted and spread over the pan.

Add popcorn and cover. Shake pan over the pan continuously till you don’t hear anymore popcorn popping.

Be careful not to burn.

In a small bowl add coconut oil, raw honey and peppermint oil. Place bowl in really warm water to melt the

coconut oil and raw honey.

When the popcorn is finished popping add to a big bowl with a cover (preferred).

Spread honey, oil, peppermint oil over all the popcorn. Add salt, shredded coconut and cranberries. 

Cover and give it a loving shake to incorporate all the ingredients together.
